As the prim and proper young New Yorker on the go, America fell in love with Rachel Green on the television hit series Friends. Jennifer Aniston, who portrayed that wholesome character, can count her blessings for that series because it launched an incredibly strong television career that should withstand some of the poor movies that Aniston has been involved with since. She comfortably sits on a net worth of $194,152,000, but her foray onto the silver screen has not translated so well as an actress.
Not to say that her co-star performance with Jim Carry in Bruce Almighty wasn't worth seeing, but there are a string of bombs that the same cannot be said. Aniston has branched out in other areas of the cinema though in order to shore up those failures. She now has producing and directing credits to her name. Her run as Rachel did earn a multitude of platitudes, including Emmys, SAG Awards and Golden Globes (beside huge residuals).
Her foray into the movies seems to revolve around romantic comedy. Hopefully, she is not trying to make light of her personal romantic life. Many folks make her fodder for her public fiasco with men. Starting out with the irascible Brad Pitt and then losing him to Angelina Jolie during a film they did together didn't help.
By last count, she has gone through at least five of Hollywood's stud muffins post Pitt. She swooned over John Mayer, she laughed it up with Vince Vaughn, she flexed with Gerald Butler and helped establish Justin Theroux. You can't blame her though. She needs a lot of friends.
Right now Aniston has no problem with money. Forbes has been tracking her star for a while and continues to rank her high. Although none of her recent movies have shaken audiences, she maintains a financial strength that puts her on multiple lists of Hollywood's accomplished.
Her net worth seems pretty secure. Take that Angelina.
