Jump To Kobe Bryant's Stats
Kobe Bryant may have gotten down that cross-over move with the basketball, but he has no idea about the cross over move when it comes to his significant other. She doesn't just blow a whistle and call foul, she is going to foul up that tenuous net worth. His net worth now before the dust is settled is $307,846,700.
Bryant tends to be a fast learner when it comes to basketball. He did it coming out of high school to become one of the NBA's preeminent stars. The shooting guard for the Los Angeles Lakers has already earned five World Championship rings during his stellar career and he is pursuing a sixth. He also has a regular season Most Valuable Player award under his belt and two MVPs for NBA Finals.
It's the other things in life that seems to confuse him. In 2003, while he was married to a smoking hot babe in Los Angeles, Kobe got caught with his pants down in Colorado. Literally. Beside the public relations nightmare of embarrassment, Kobe had to fork over a substantial penalty item to resuscitate his relationship with Vanessa, his wife. A square, pink, $4 million diamond later, all things seemed hunky dory.
Fast forward nine years. It appears that Mr. Bryant has not been on the up and up with Vanessa again. Their recent public spat look like he tried the ill-fated (non-basketball) cross over on her again. Bad move. While publicly, the pair have attempted to work things out amicable for a reconciliation, privately he has signed over more that $75 million in real property in posh Newport Coast, California as part of a negotiated divorce. Doesn't sound like she's quite through with him. Without a pre-nup, Bryant is better left slathered in mustard to a pack of wolves.
Bryant is currently sponsored by Coca-Cola, Nike, Nubeo and Turkish Airlines. He has been able to repair the fallout from the Colorado incident, but all that good work may be halved.
